A prominent regional law firm on Long Island is seeking a senior attorney with technology transactions experience. This is a firm built by former big law attorneys and they continue to attract big law talent. It is a very collegial law firm and they pay above the typical Long Island compensation scale. The firm has a nationally recognized healthcare practice and a busy IP transactional practice. The winning candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in technology transactions such as licensing agreements, software agreements, healthcare technology agreements, etc. Knowledge of data privacy and cyber security is preferred.
