Junior Energy Associate

An Am Law 100 firm with a strong presence in the Mountain West has asked Kinney to assist them with an unpublished search for an energy transactional associate. The ideal candidate would have at least one year of energy and transactional experience including renewables development/project finance as well as power purchase and supply agreements. This is an opportunity within a growing group with loads of room for advancement to take on substantial responsibilities and learn the practice from a stellar group of renowned partners. Relocation candidates can likely start in any of the firm's 18 nationwide offices and contemplate permanent relocation to Denver down the road.
