Junior to Senior Hedge Funds Associate Attorney (Retool Possibility)

Our client is a premier Am Law 50, international law firm with an immediate need for investment funds associates with 2+ years’ experience to work with the firm's industry-leading Hedge Fund Formation practice on hedge fund launches for institutional and start-up managers. This practice group spans the NYC, Washington DC and Dallas markets. Our client is hiring to meet the increased demand from their existing clientele and also to take advantage of additional growth opportunities.  All candidates for this opportunity should have experience drafting fund offering and operating documents, including private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements, investment management agreements, subscription documents and side letters. Experience with seed deals and separately managed accounts also helpful. More senior associates should have investor negotiation experience. Hybrid fund and closed-end fund experience helpful though not required. In addition, stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.
