Mid to Senior Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client, a premiere IP litigation boutique law firm in Dallas, is seeking a mid-level to senior lateral patent litigation associate, with 4 -12 years of sophisticated patent litigation experience, to join its nationally ranked and growing Intellectual Property group in its Dallas office.  The ability to step in and manage a complex IP case is essential. Experience reading source code highly valued. This firm hires only the best and the brightest lawyers. You will enjoy a strong mix of hourly and “bet the company” plaintiff’s work - the proceeds of which they share with their team.
