Junior to Senior Private Equity Associate Attorney (Retool Possibility)

Our client is a premier Am Law 50, international law firm with an immediate need for investment funds associates with 2+ years’ experience to work with the firm's industry-leading Private Equity Fund Formation practice on fund launches for both institutional and first-time fund managers around the world across a variety of asset classes, including private equity, real estate and private credit. This practice group spans the NY, Washington DC and Dallas markets. Our client is hiring to meet the increased demand from their existing clientele and also to take advantage of additional growth opportunities.  All candidates for this opportunity should have experience drafting fund offering and operating documents, including private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements, subscription documents and side letters. Experience with co-investments and funds-of-one is also helpful.  More senior associate candidates should have investor negotiation experience. In addition, stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.
