Mid-Level Venture Capital Corporate Associate Attorney

The Dallas office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a mid-level Venture & Growth Associate. This position us open to all of their US offices, including Dallas. Candidates should have 3 - 5 years of lender-side representation for commercial finance matters. Experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences and/or middle market companies is preferred. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. You must be a member of the state bar in which you will sit or have the ability to obtain admission promptly in the appropriate jurisdiction. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including legal research and writing, are also required.
