Plaintiff’s Boutique – Litigation Associate

Our client, a premier plaintiff's boutique, is seeking 3-4 mid-level Litigation Associates to join their nationally recognized and thriving Dallas office. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with some of the nation's top plaintiff's lawyers.  Associates at the firm get substantive experience early in their career, including taking depositions, attending trials, and managing litigation from beginning to end.  Attorneys at the firm are subject matter experts in a variety of areas, including antitrust, energy, environment, business disputes, and toxic and mass tort litigation. Compensation is competitive, with most associates earning six figure bonuses, regardless of class year.  Partnership track is determined on an individual basis, and is often much shorter than that of peer firms.Successful candidates will be hungry lawyers with an entrepreneurial bent and a strong desire to do plaintiff's work.  Strong academic credentials are required, and Texas bar license is preferred (willingness to sit for the bar or eligibility to waive in are acceptable).  Interested and qualified candidates send a note or email their resume in confidence to: jobs@kinneyrecruiting.com.
