Senior Level Corporate Associate Attorney

The Dallas office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a Senior M&A associate with a minimum of 6 years experience. Ideal candidates will have substantial major law firm experience working on sophisticated M&A transactions, both private and public. Experience with capital markets transactions, corporate governance/fiduciary duty counseling, and/or disclosure and other securities law compliance matters will be considered a plus. Excellent opportunity for a senior associate who desires to become a key player in a top-ranked M&A practice. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including legal research and writing, are also required.
