Junior – to Senior Banking & Finance Associate Attorney

Our client is the thriving Dallas office of an internationally acclaimed law firm with an immediate need for a junior-senior level associate to join the firm's decorated Financial Markets practice group. All candidates for this position will have 2+ years of major firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions (including RBL transactions). Candidates should be able to assume high level structuring, drafting and deal management responsibilities and be comfortable with significant client interaction and working in a team environment.
