Kinney Recruiting is working with a premier AmLaw firm in Chicago on an unposted search for a Real Estate Associate with 2-4 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions. This position affords significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a solid academic background.
