The group is introducing structured finance concepts to asset classes that have never utilized such techniques, including cryptocurrencies. This is an excellent opportunity for associates in restructuring or CMBS litigation practices to transition into a transactional role within an excellent group in either Chicago, New York or D.C. This is a high growth opportunity at a top tier firm that is, at this point in time, almost certain to lead to partnership or an easy transition in-house to one of the group leader's many clients. The partner leading the group is looking for people who want to think creatively and work on deals that are more about communication and teamwork with opposing counsel than adversarial posturing and argumentative stalemates.
