A Boston law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate or Counsel for a partnership track role. The winning candidate is a self-starter and focused on building their career and practice. Responsibilities will include mentoring colleagues while representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, debt, VC, PE and public financings, and building companies from formation to exit, in the U.S. and abroad. Clients are in the biotech, medtech, software, media other industries.
