Mid-level Outbound M&A Lawyer needed in Beijing (US rate)

A global UK firm is looking for a solid middle-level cross-border M&A lawyer for its Beijing office (5-13 PQE). The hiring partner, who is London's Wall Street Firm trained, has good business pipelines advising SOE/PRC private companies/private equity houses in their outbound investments into Europe/US projects. You need to have good English drafting/negotiation experience and have good communication skills. The hire will need a Middle to Counsel level candidate with Mandarin fluency.
