China Associate (Hong Kong and Beijing)

A top US firm is hiring China Associates in Beijing and Hong Kong. The ideal candidates should have graduated from top PRC and US law schools with good grades; PRC and NY qualified, and have obtained up to 2 years of M&A and PE experience gained from top PRC firms. Be aware this role is not a full US Associate role but the firm will promote and do promote good-performing China Associate to Associate with track records.
