Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Opportunity

Our client is a premier Austin boutique law firm with an immediate need for a real estate associate with 3+ years of law firm experience (2010-2013 JDs). This firm has is extremely well regarded in the marketplace and serves as lead counsel on a variety of complex real estate transactions in the CenTex market and beyond. We know this firm's RE partners quite well (most are ex-major firm) and they are collegial, great mentors and sharp. All candidates for this position must have top academic credentials (Top 25 JD; Top of Class - no exceptions); at least several years of focused RE transactions experience (this experience is mandatory - our client is not seeking to retool a new hire); excellent communication skills, and the Texas Bar (highly preferred) . Particular experience representing owners and developers in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, management and leasing of commercial centers, mixed-use projects, single family residential and master planned projects, multifamily projects, senior living facilities, office buildings and unimproved land is also required.
