Mid-Level Tax Associate Attorney

Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a high-end boutique law firm with offices in Dallas, TX, and Austin, TX, on a search for a mid-level tax associate with at least 4 years of experience practicing transactional tax law at a nationally recognized firm.  Kinney has a strong and longstanding professional relationship with the hiring partners of this firm.  The ideal candidate will have experience working on M&A tax structuring, executive compensation tax planning, and have strong command of partnership taxation. Due to the firm's reasonable bill rates, attorneys who are striving to be junior partners have the opportunity to build their own books of business.  The firm's partners have biglaw backgrounds.  If you are currently a biglaw associate looking for your next move, you will feel right at home here.  A J.D. from a nationally recognized law school is required.  LL.M. in Taxation is preferred.  For confidential consideration, submit your resume to jobs@kinneyrecruiting.com.
