Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney

A top global law firm has an immediate need for a corporate associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its dynamic and growing Austin office. We know all the partners in this firm and this is a great opportunity for someone who has always wanted to do VC work or who has always wanted to live in Austin and have a solid career in AMLAW 50 Law.  The winning candidate will probably have experience in one of the following: venture capital, emerging companies, M&A and/or securities. And he/she should have comparable big law experience. Candidates relocating to Austin from major markets such as Bay Area or NYC are strongly encouraged to apply.
