Financial Institution – Mid-level Commercial Counsel (4+PQE, Mandarin)

A PRC bank is looking for a mid-level corporate commercial counsel in Hong Kong.  This person will be mainly reviewing commercial contracts for IT, HR, Treasury, Finance, and Research departments.  Meanwhile, you will need to conduct legal research on the recent financial regulations in different markets.  The ideal candidate needed to have strong legal research skills, a self-starter and be attentive to details.   Relevant experience with investment banks, and the mix exposures to both litigation and commercial matters is welcome.  Chinese skills is required.  CV to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
