Head of Legal – Family Office/PE (Mandarin)

A Hong Kong-based growth fund with a family office background is hiring a Head of Legal person in Hong Kong.  The team needed a senior associate/counsel level person with ideally 7+ PQE obtained from international law firm/city law firm focusing on M&A, PE or Funds in Hong Kong/PRC.  The role will have junior support from Shanghai.  Partially reporting to the COO in Hong Kong, the person needs to manage external counsels on deal investments, meanwhile playing an internal advisor role on the fund’s operational and commercial matters.  The person needed to have the commercial sense, big-picture, strategic thinking, and needed to be driven and desire to expand the platform.  Language-wise, a Mandarin native speaker is highly preferred.  Good compensations will be on offer to the right profile. Interested parties, please email your resume to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
