Tax partner opportunity with a premier Salt Lake City firm. No book of business is required for this opportunity. This position involves advising on the tax treatment and consequences of M&A transactions; advising on the tax consequences of owning interests in corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities; assisting on structuring M&A transactions; and drafting and negotiating tax representations and assisting in general tax due diligence review. A Utah license is not required for this role.
