Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a highly ranked Seven Sisters Law Firm in Calgary to find a corporate associate with 1-4 years of experience working on general securities and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and recapitalizations, private equity financings for funding startups; etc. One of all of these types of experiences are acceptable. The ideal candidate is either licensed to practice in one of the Canadian jurisdictions or in the US. It is the perfect opportunity for someone to return to Calgary after practicing law in the US or in another Canadian jurisdiction. Our client is highly regarded for mentoring associates and providing the breadth and training necessary to make successful happy lawyers.
