Corporate & Treasury In-House Counsel

Kinney is partnering with Bunge Ltd. to find a Legal Counsel for its Chesterfield, Missouri office.  Primary responsibilities include drafting and reviewing various agreements, managing KBBV’s operating subsidiaries from a corporate and treasury legal perspective, and coordinating Bunge’s global Treasury team.

Additional responsibilities include: 

Ensuring compliance with internal governance structuresAssisting with restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, incorporation, refinancing projects, and ongoing capitalizations;Arranging signatures, legalizations, and apostillesScheduling, preparing, attending (virtually or in-person) and taking minutes at Quarterly Board Meetings of Bunge Netherlands entities; andArranging registrations at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

Drafting of intercompany loan and deposit agreements, loan notes, termination letters, interest notification letters and other financial transaction documents;Coordinating with the Treasury team and inside & outside counsel on Treasury projects.

4+ years of law firm or in-house experience.Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese language skills are a plus but not requirements.
