Korean-speaking Paralegal for Capital Markets Team

A Magic Circle firm is hiring a Korean native speaking Paralegal for its Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate should have either an LLB from Korea; or a Master of Law in Korea/overseas or have obtained his/her undergrad from an English-native speaking country.  The candidate should have 6-12 months of postgraduate experience, ideally from a law firm. You will be mainly assisting a Korean speaking partner on his Capital Markets transactions (IPO, debt offering).  You will cover the translations, verifications and you will file documents, conduct legal and commercial research and manage the closing documents.  Based on your prior skills, you will be trained to draft simple documents, announcements, prospectus sections (based on precedents), and you will revise documents based on the correspondence. You need to have strong organizational skills, attention to details and strong commitment to meet deadlines. It is a perfect position to start your career in law. Please contact us immediately at asia@kinneyrecruiting.com or call us on +852.3973.3845 for more details.
