Mid- to Senior Level Corporate Associate Attorney

The Houston office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking an associate with 3 to 8 years of corporate experience to join their highly regarded Corporate Finance team. Candidates should have debt finance experience at a peer firm. At least some private equity acquisition finance experience is helpful. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome.  Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
