Financial Institution – Senior Commercial Disputes Counsel (7+PQE, Mandarin)

A mainland top investment bank with full services is actively looking for a Mandarin fluent speaking senior litigation lawyer to join its team in Hong Kong. 

The ideal candidate needs to be: - VP level - obtain 7+PQE in the litigation space, having dealt with financial institutions' contractual disputes against its shareholders, investors, and costumers- experienced in litigating contract disputes of cross-border nature, overdue client payments, employment disputes and etc  - come from a leading Hong Kong law firm or an international law firm - fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English -  Hong Kong-qualified lawyers preferred, but open to solid practitioners with overseas law backgrounds (US, PRC, UK, SG, AU)Interested parties, please email your resume to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
