Our client is the thriving Dallas office of a decorated national firm with an immediate need for a Senior Associate (6+ years) to join the firm’s Health Care/FDA practice.
The ideal candidate will have: 6+ years of healthcare experience, as well as expertise in a variety of regulatory and compliance matters, including third party payor audits and reimbursements, licensure and enrollment, government investigations, and federal and state fraud and abuse matters.
Experience with healthcare M&A transaction and due diligence is highly preferred.Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to major firm practice. The winning candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
