Mid-Level Litigation Associate

The managing partner of a high-end litigation boutique in New York has asked Kinney Recruiting to conduct a search for a mid-level (3rd or 4th year) litigation associate. A federal district clerkship, circuit clerkship, or state supreme court clerkship are required, as is at least one year of experience practicing at a large law firm.

This firm rarely makes hires as it typically has low attrition among the associates. However, there is a rare opening for a stellar litigation associate due to a recent associate departure to the government. The firm has encouraged remote work since before the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to encourage remote work unless court appearances are required. The associates are given as much responsibility for matters as appropriate for their skills and expertise. Admission to the New York bar is required.
