Kinney Recruiting has been asked by a longstanding Manhattan law firm to conduct a confidential search for a Tax Partner with at least fifteen (15) years of law firm experience.
The ideal candidate would have general corporate and transactional tax experience involving passthrough entities, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structuring, and real estate transactions. An LLM in Tax is preferred, but not required. The more important traits are having strong technical tax skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and client-facing experience. While portable business is a plus, the firm has enough work to keep this candidate busy.
