Kinney is partnering with a long-time client, a highly regarded, successful mid-sized firm in Chicago, in their search for a mid-senior level employment attorney to join as either a counsel or partner (no minimum book required).
The firm has a busy employment practice, and the opportunity is a great fit for those primarily interested in employment counseling including day-to-day advising, drafting policies and handbooks, leading investigations as well as conducting client training. There will be some employment litigation matters. But, the primary focus will be employment counseling.
