Are You An Experienced Intellectual Property Attorney?

A longtime Chicago client seeks an experienced Intellectual Property attorney with 1-4 years of Intellectual Property.

The successful candidate will have patent, trademark and licensing experience and the desire and ability to handle day-to-day IP issues in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with patent, copyright, and trademark matters, including evaluating patents and potential product infringement issues, preparing, and overseeing preparation of patent and trademark applications for filing, and representing the firm in matters relating to intellectual property that include strategic alliances, joint ventures, development and licensing, R&D and technology transfer, and mergers and acquisitions. Successful candidates can expect exposure to all areas of the firm’s commercial and litigation practice areas.
