Gary J. Ross
Gary J. Ross co-founded Ross & Shulga PLLC in 2017 to cater to the legal needs of the venture capital, investment fund and startup community. Gary formerly ran his own firm, Jackson Ross, for four years, and before that worked in the corporate transactions and securities practice groups in various large firms in various large cities, and also managed to fit in a tour of duty with the Treasury Department. Gary alternates between writing about his practice area and writing about the transition from Biglaw associate to “SmallLaw” Attorney/Administrator/Marketer/Gofer.
