It's Almost Holiday Time... That's Right, EDiscovery Day Is Coming

Have you finished your eDiscovery Day shopping? Time is ticking down to get that very special someone a fully deduped production.

In all seriousness, eDiscovery Day, December 1, is an industry-wide initiative exploring issues around electronic discovery. Exterro is presenting a number of webinars throughout that day tackling issues across the EDiscovery spectrum. There will be presentations on substantive legal questions like “How will GDPR change discovery?” Technical projects like “Updating Your E-Discovery Toolkit.” And ethical issues, such as Judge Peck’s presentation titled, “Is it Malpractice Not to Get a FRE 502(d) Order?”

There’s even one presentation titled: “‘Real’ E-Discovery News: Reporters Recap Top E-Discovery Storylines from 2017” featuring me and Zach Warren from Legaltech News and Bloomberg’s Ethan Bowers discussing the big stories of the year. We’ve got the 11 a.m. Eastern slot, so be sure to tune in to hear me make fun of Wells Fargo.
